酒店位置很理想，火车站步行7分钟左右即可到达，在商业步行街入口旁，交通十分便利，适合步行游城。接待人员态度很好，服务不错。夜晚大门设有门禁，且位于某单位院中，所以治安很好

8点所有员工下班，在我们入住之后忘记提供wifi密码，使得一天不能上网，耽误计划后续行程。酒店在一个院内，不是很好找，但是当地人很热情，会帮忙指引。酒店所有家具偏高，比较适合大个子

Nice location to visit the classical city Annecy,especially at night!as an apparthotel,there are kitchen furnature and cooking equipment,we could use them to cook Chinese dishes,that's great!

Annecy是个古城，街道非常窄，几乎全部是单行道，汽车开进去非常困难。第一天刚到Annecy的时候，我们的车按照GPS导航仪无论如何也开不进- 去，我就把车停在一个路边（停车位全满，只能临时占道，人不离车），问了好几个人才找到这家宾馆，但出来找车又费了很大劲，最后把车停在湖边公共停车场- ，拉着行李一路再问路找宾馆；酒店服务员是一位漂亮的小姐，16:00才上班，问我“What's your name?" "Chen"i answered,然后我说：“two rooms,four people",but she said:"no,there is only one room!",I Showed her my confirmation letter,then she said:"no,it's not from my hotel,but it's from your booking internate site!"this made me anggry! But soon she found my booking id is not the same as that on her computer,Who she mentioned was also a Chinese named "CHEN",She said "oh,sorry!that's another person!".I Said "yes,your should say sorry to me!because it made me worried!" Staff working hours is 8:00-12:00,16:00- 20:00,there is no staff on other time,that means you cann't check-in or check-out at other time,and you must open the gate with the code given by the hotel ,but they often forget to offer you the code!I Booked two rooms but only one code on my key,and I met a couple from Thailand,they had no code ,so the girl sat in the lobby for 2 hours though she hoped to go out have a look with her boyfriend!

双人房间太小 另外带一个小朋友还必须改成四人房才行 早餐10欧一人 太简单了太单调了 不值

The hotel is in great location, it is 5 ~ 7 min walk from the railway station and situated in the old city of Annecy. The room is clean and the price is reasonable. Little kitchen is well-equipped and convenient. If you live on the top floor, you will have a great street view via the window. The staff are welcome and helpful.

I think it will more comfortable if the bed is lower. It is may be because it is a folding sofa bed.
